05 May Meet Our Newest Benefits Account Manager, Tracey Kennedy!
We are very proud to announce that Tracey Kennedy has come aboard the Gilbert’s team as our newest Benefits Account Manager!
Tracey brings 28 years of health insurance experience to the Gilbert’s team. She began her career with a fully insured carrier, where she handled claims, worked through complex issues, managed provider relationships, and eventually supervised a team. From there, she expanded into the self-funded side of the business through a TPA and, most recently, a brokerage firm — experience that has given her a well-rounded view of how all the pieces of the benefits puzzle fit together.
She opted to join the Gilbert’s team to continue building on that experience and to bring her client-first approach to a growing benefits practice. Her depth of knowledge across fully insured and self-funded plans will be a tremendous asset in serving our clients.
When she’s not at work, Tracey enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Between the two of them, she and her husband have six grandchildren — with another one on the way this September! Life is busy in the best way. She and her husband also love to travel, and the beach is her absolute happy place.
