We are thrilled to share that Gilbert’s Risk Solutions has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Western Pennsylvania for 2023! This prestigious award recognizes outstanding workplaces in the region based on employee surveys and company culture.
The eligibility requirements for BPTW participation are as follows:
- Have at least 10 employees working in Western PA.
- Participation is open to anyone who doesn’t own 5% or more of the company.
- The company can be based outside of Western PA.
Winners were selected based on an online employee survey conducted midway through the year. The survey and awards were designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best businesses in Western Pennsylvania that contribute to the state’s economy and workforce.
