05 May Meet Our Newest Benefits Risk Advisor, Kayla Shearer!
We are very proud to announce that Kayla Shearer has come aboard the Gilbert’s team as our newest Benefits Risk Advisor!
Kayla joins Gilbert’s with a strong sales and client service background, having been in the insurance industry since 2018. Her career includes roles with Combined (a Chubb company), Colonial Life, and ADP, where she developed her skills in sales, training, and client relationship management.
She opted to join the Gilbert’s team to continue growing her career and to focus on what she values most — taking care of the client and doing the next right thing. That philosophy aligns perfectly with the Gilbert’s approach, and we know she’ll do great things here.
Outside of the office, Kayla is a busy mom to her two-year-old son, Zealand, who she says is her whole world. On the weekends, you’ll often find her on the softball field — she plays competitively and loves the game.
