02 May April 2019 Team of the Month: Sharpsville Blue Devils Softball team
Gilbert’s would like to recognize and congratulate the Sharpsville Lady Blue Devils Softball Team on being the inaugural winner of Gilbert’s Risk Solutions Mercer County Team of the Month!
Led by Coach Mark Piccirilli, the Sharpsville Lady Blue Devils are currently in first place of District 10’s Region 1 with an overall record of 12-0 and a Region 5 record of 10-0.
“We’ve done really well working together,” Courtney Frye, senior standout assessed in a recent interview with the Sharon Herald. “We’ve worked hard at practice, and done a lot to rely on each other and trust in each other to make the plays that we can. We work really hard in practice.”
Congratulations to the Sharpsville Lady Blue Devils Softball Team and best wishes throughout the rest of the regular season, and beyond!
